Wire Cut Machine Controller

This controller is made specifically for Wire cut CNC Machine for cutting of any wire in specific length and number. This controller controls the Stepper motor through a stepper driver card. User can define the required length of the wire from 1 MM to 20,000 MM and Production counter stops the machine when the desired number is reached and also gives a audible alert for the production complete Signal. The user selects all the required parameters in the provided 16 x 2 Alpha Numeric LCD and presses Start Button and all is taken care by the our state of the art controller. We have used the latest Microcontroller technology in this product for precise control and 24x7 operations.
